Through the demand the NHRCM reminded its recommendation delivered to the Prime Minister of Mongolia which proposes the scheduled dates of the regional horse races by putting off until June 2015 in order not to involve child jockeys in the winter and spring horse races for implementation of their rights to life and health. In addition, it pointed out it is not appropriate to organize betting on horse races as the Minister of Justice repealed “the Rules of Procedure to organize paid and bet games.”
