The National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia held a consultative meeting with its partner international organizations. The meeting was held under the theme of "Sustainable Development Goals – Cooperation” involving 17 representatives of the international organizations such as UN Office of Resident Coordinator, World Bank, UN Population Fund, International Labor Organization, UNICEF, UN Food and Agriculture Organization, ADRA International, Good Neighbors INGO, World Health Organization, Mercy Corps, International Organization for Migration (IOM), Save the Children, Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) and Equal Society NGO.
At the meeting, the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia presented its work plan and priorities for 2018 including the progress, challenges in implementing its activities as well as the results. The Commission also introduced its main priorities of the Strategic Plan for 2015-2020. The representatives from those international organizations provided its feedback and suggestions following the Commission’s presentation and proposed their potential cooperation plans and activities.
