National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia (NHRCM) annually submits the report on the human rights and freedoms in Mongolia to the State Great Khural.

In this connection, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden at Beijing, China, at the request of its government, prepares and delivers a report on human rights and freedoms in Mongolia every 3-4 years. Ms. Martina Aberg Somogyi, Second Secretary at the Embassy of the Kindom of Somogyi, had a meeting with Ms. Dashdeleg Alyeksandr, Executive Director of the NHRCM, on 1 November 2013 and requested for information on the human righst and freedoms in Mongolia.

During the meeting, she also exchanged with the NHRCM detailed information on the situation and implementation of the specific rights such as right to labour.
