Inquiry team headed
by Commissioner Oyunchimeg Purev conducted inquiry into the rights of patients
of the National Center for Mental Health and persons who are under their
permanent care on 20 January 2016.
The meeting to sum up the outcome of the inquiry was held at the NHRCM on 14 March 2016 and attended by Chief Commissioner Byambadorj Jamsran, Commissioners Ganbayar Nanzad and Oyunchimeg Purev, S.Lambaa, State Secretary of the Ministry of Health, and G.Narangerel,.
Through this meeting the parties discussed breaches and violations detected through the inquiry, exchanged opinions on solutions to the violations, and agreed to have the problems solved by competent authorities.
