Within the scope of these inquiries, the NHRCM is examining the implementation of the employees of the army units’ rights to safe and healthy working condition, wage adequate for work, holiday, and pension, and other relevant rights guaranteed in domestic laws and international treaties and enlisted servicemen’s right to safe and healthy environment, health, medical services, personal liberty, adequate food and clothing, and education..
