At the beginning of the meeting Chief Commissioner Byambadorj Jamsran introduced the outcome of the inquiry conducted in Umnugovi province from 5 to 12 September 2016 on violations of human rights such as rights of public servants working in Gashuun sukhait port to labour and healthy and safe environment, working conditions, and right of their children to education, and stressed that it is important to cooperate in order to resolve these problems.
The authorities introduced the activities they have been carrying out to solve the aforementioned problems and stated that they will take all the necessary actions to address human rights violations, to improve quality of workplace and life of public servants who are implementing state functions, and to ensure implementation of human rights and freedoms.
