Aimag Civil Servants prepared as Training of Trainers on “Gender and Human Rights”

Aimag Civil Servants prepared as Training of Trainers on “Gender and Human Rights”The working group led by P. Oyunchimeg, Commissioner of the National Human Rights Commission conducted training on "Gender and Human Rights” to prepare trainers among aimag administrative and human resource personnel during 08-10 June 2018. The training was carried out as part of the "Towards a professional and citizen-centred civil service in Mongolia” project funded by United Nations Development Program, 2018-2021 in Choibalsan, Dornod.

Aimag Civil Servants prepared as Training of Trainers on “Gender and Human Rights”The training was also undertaken in Sukhbaatar aimag during 11-15 June 2018 and prepared 20 trainers from the aimag administrative and human resource officials. The working group is intending cover all 21 aimags and building capacities of civil service administration, promote knowledge of gender equality, raise awareness on how to use gender lens in daily work and define roles and responsibilities in gender sensitive manner. The training allows current gender specialists and human resource officers to enhance their knowledge and capacity in this sphere.
